All cancellations must be advised in writing or e-mail.
For the 2020 winter season, as we face this unfolding covid-19 epidemic, the usual cancellation policy outlined below will not apply. The club will honour all cancellations by offering refunds in full to both members and guests. Please note annual membership subscriptions will be retained by the club.
In other times the Club will retain a minimum of $50 of any cancellation, and additional monies will be retained as follows:
- Between 31 to 60 days prior to arrival date - 25% of the total cost
- Between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival date - 50% of the total cost
- Within 14 days prior to arrival date - 100% of the total cost
Arlberg Ski Club Limited will not be liable for any costs incurred, loss of payments made or any other fees, charges or the like incurred due to cancellations, including those resulting from unforeseen circumstances, medical conditions or changes to travel plans.
If the lodge is fully booked during the time of the cancelled booking subsequent to the cancellation, members can request that the Board credit 50% of the retained monies to their accommodation for the following year. The application of this policy in exceptional circumstances will be at the discretion of the board. Arlberg recommends you take out appropriate travel insurance when booking your winter holiday.
